Shashti is the sixth lunar day observed twice each lunar month, dedicated to different deities, often associated with Lord Kartikeya and Goddess Durga.

In 2031 first Shashti vrat is on 28th January followed by, 26th February, 28th March, 27th April, 27th May, 25th June, 25th July, 23rd August, 22nd September, 21st October, 19th November, and the last Shashti date in 2031 marks on 19th December. Devotees are requested to fast and offer pooja on all these Shashti days for the well-being of their own and beloved ones.
