Shashti is the sixth lunar day observed twice each lunar month, dedicated to different deities, often associated with Lord Kartikeya and Goddess Durga.

In 2037 first Shashti vrat is on 22nd January followed by, 21st February, 22nd March, 21st April, 20th May, 18th June, 17th July, 16th August, 14th September, 14th October, 12th November, and the last Shashti date in 2037 marks on 12th December. Devotees are requested to fast and offer pooja on all these Shashti days for the well-being of their own and beloved ones.
